Are you expecting a baby in the near future or have just had one? If you are like most first time parents you are probably a nervous wreck with all kinds of questions of what you can expect and if you are really ready for this and will be able to handle the responsibility if a baby. The part of constantly having to check to see if the baby is still breathing is probably the worst because it can really send you into panic from time to time since you sometimes have to get very close to actually see that the baby is still breathing. At times you may even have to stand there for a while because it can be hard to tell. If this problem becomes unbearable for you there are monitors out there which will sound an alarm if your child should actually stop breathing.
